  1. Roll out the puff pastry to 5mm thickness,

  2. Press with a chrysanthemum mold with a diameter of 7mm,

  3. Spread half of it flat on the baking sheet,

  4. Press the other half with a smaller mold and hollow out the middle,

  5. Brush the pastry on the baking sheet with egg wash,

  6. Attach the hollowed out puff pastry in the middle,

  7. Brush with egg wash as well,

  8. The oven is about 190°C and 20cm long. Just color the surface. After cooling, pour in condensed milk, put on all kinds of favorite fruits, sieve in powdered sugar and decorate.
