Marinate the washed squid with cooking wine, shredded ginger, salt and light soy sauce for 20 minutes

Green pepper, red pepper, onion, cut into strips and set aside

Prepare chili sauce, bean paste, sugar, garlic sprouts

Add oil to the pot and sauté the chili sauce, sugar and bean paste until fragrant, then add the marinated squid

Stir-fry over medium heat for a few minutes until the squid turns white and slightly curled

Pour in onions, green and red peppers, stir-fry over high heat until fragrant

Before serving, sprinkle some garlic sprouts and some cumin powder to enhance the aroma
