Whitening coconut milk cake

The last summer dessert was made with the unused coconut milk last time. Don’t waste the ingredients. It has a strong coconut aroma and is delicious.

Prepare materials.

Soak the agar in warm water for 15 minutes until soft, remove and drain.

Add milk, coconut milk and sugar to the pot and heat until the sugar dissolves.

Add agar, heat slowly over low heat, stirring all the time to prevent boiling and sticking to the pot, and cook until the agar is completely dissolved.

Pour the slightly cooled liquid into a container, let it cool and refrigerate before serving.
