Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, stir well with cooking wine and starch and marinate for 5 minutes.

Prepare ingredients: dice carrots and blanch them in boiling water; dice cucumbers, mince onions and garlic, and shred ginger.

Put oil in the pot and sauté onion, ginger and garlic.

Add diced chicken and stir-fry until white, set aside.
