Remove the gills, scales, internal organs and clean the crucian carp

Shred onion and ginger, slice garlic, and dice red pepper

Put the fish into the steamer and steam it for 10 minutes over high heat. Take the fish out and there will be soup on the plate. Pour the soup into a container for later use. Sprinkle half of the onion, ginger, garlic and chili on top of the fish

Add steamed fish soy sauce, sesame oil, remaining onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper to the poured soup, heat and bring to a boil

Just pour it evenly on the fish and it's ready to eat. It tastes very delicious!
