Dumplings stuffed with scallions and pork
Overview
Onion is a companion plant of desert meadow plants. It often grows in sandy Gobi soil at higher altitudes. Because it looks like a young onion, it is called Onion. Sha scallions can be used in various delicacies and also have certain medicinal value. Onion grows in dry and barren land and survives in rootless water (rainwater). It nourishes yin, strengthens the spleen and stomach (the spleen belongs to earth), and aids digestion.
