Weigh the ingredients according to their portions

Pour the sugar into the egg whites in three batches and beat with an electric egg beater at high speed until wet peaks (nine servings)

Pour the flour, oil, and milk into the egg yolks in batches, and stir evenly with a hand whisk or chopsticks until there are no grains

Mix the beaten egg whites with the egg yolk liquid twice, stir up and down, do not make circles, as this will defoaming. Then pour into baking pan. Preheat the oven to 190℃ for 5 minutes

Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, adjust according to your oven. It looks like it's getting longer and darker, so that's about it.

Simmer for 5 minutes, then take out and let cool

After cooling, unmold and cover with whipped cream. I forgot to take a photo of the step of whipping the whipped cream.
