Peel and wash abalone

Wash the spinach and cut into two sections and blanch with water

Slice abalone and prepare garlic and onion

Heat the pan and add the oil. When the oil is 70% hot, add the garlic. Saute until fragrant and add the abalone slices. After turning it a few times, add the juice. After a little water is collected, add the onions and turn it a few more times.

Place the cooked abalone slices on top of the cooked spinach, and done!
