Delicious tofu - roasted tofu
Overview
There are several pieces of hard tofu left at home. I don’t usually like to cook tofu, but in order to prevent waste, I suddenly remembered that the tofu with sauce made by Lao Yang did not follow every step. Moreover, I didn’t have time to buy groceries, so I just scraped together some ingredients. The color is not as good as Lao Yang's, but the taste is okay. Ask for encouragement.

Cut the tofu into 4*4 chunks, as shown in the picture.

Cut all ingredients into cubes. As shown in the picture. (There are only so many green onions left)

Fry the tofu piece by piece until browned on both sides.
