Ingredients: Cut the water spinach into sections with a diagonal knife (the stems and leaves are stacked separately), tomatoes, garlic, and green onions (I forgot to take pictures).

Cut the tomatoes into pieces, smash the garlic with a knife, and chop the green onions into fine pieces.

Turn on the heat and pour oil into the pot.

Heat the oil, add the garlic and green onion to the pot and saute until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, stir-fry until the soup thickens.

Add water spinach stems, and when they are six or seven years old, add water spinach leaves.

Add salt and pepper powder, stir-fry evenly, and when cooked, add sesame oil. Turn off the heat.

Serve on a platter.
