Put all the ingredients into the bread machine, except the butter, start the kneading process. When the dough has strength, add butter and continue kneading.
-
While the dough is kneading, use a rolling pin to roll the cashew nuts into small pieces.
-
It's ready until the dough is soft enough to pull out a thin film that's not easy to break.
-
Roll it into a ball and put it into the bread machine, start the fermentation process, and when it ferments until it doubles in size, it means that the fermentation is successful.
-
Then take out the dough, knead and deflate, then divide into small pieces and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
-
Then take a small pot, put an appropriate amount of red bean paste filling, and wrap it into a small bun.
-
Form into small buns and brush with egg wash.
-
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and place in the oven for secondary fermentation.
-
When it has fermented to double its original size, bake it. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, middle layer, and turn the heat up and down for 40 minutes.
