  1. Peel the winter melon and cut into thin slices.

  2. Mince ginger, garlic, and chilli padi, slice into pieces and set aside.

  3. Chop the minced meat into small pieces, add a little cornstarch and oyster sauce, mix well and set aside.

  4. Heat the oil in the pot to about 80°, put the ginger, garlic and chili into the pot until fragrant, add minced meat, and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.

  5. Then add the winter melon to the pot and stir-fry, add a little salt and water, cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute.
