Wash the okra and cut it in half,

Add the arowana blended oil to the minced pork,

Then add salt, cooking wine, and minced ginger

Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, mix well,

Add appropriate amount of cornstarch,

Beat the minced meat until it becomes slurry, then use chopsticks to stir the minced meat into the okra

Cut the carrots into florets using pattern slicing and place them together,

Boil water, put okra in, steam over high heat for 6-8 minutes,

Take another oil pan and add arowana blended oil,

After the oil is heated, add the diced red pepper and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of salt, add the soup in the steamed okra bowl, and finally, add cornstarch to coat the juice

While hot, pour over the steamed okra and serve.
