Blanch tomatoes in boiling water to remove skin and cut into small cubes.

Ginger, green onion, millet pepper.

Put ginger, green onion, and millet pepper in a bowl. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil to taste.

Wash the Nepeta leaves.

Wonton wrappers. Personally, I think this tastes better than the noodles I bought😊.

Cut into noodles.

Boil appropriate amount of water in the pot.

Add tomatoes and boil.

Sprinkle in the noodles.

Bring to a boil.

Pour in the prepared onion and ginger.
