Passionate Rum Brownie
Overview
Brownie is a very popular chocolate cake now. It has a dense and sweet texture, with a strong chocolate aroma, and the inclusion of dried fruits in it has made its popularity soar. The freshly baked brownie cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The texture is somewhere between cake and biscuit, very tempting. Because I added more rum-soaked raisins, it still has a faint aroma of wine~ You can eat raisins in every bite. The satisfaction is really beyond words. It will be even better if paired with black tea or vanilla ice cream

Preparation process of chocolate sauce: Put the chocolate in a bowl, then put it into a basin of hot water, stir it until it melts and becomes a sauce [do not add water or milk]

Beat the butter that has softened at room temperature into a smooth paste with a whisk. Add the sugar in batches to form a butter paste that is slightly fluffy, lighter in color, and smooth without particles

Add the beaten egg liquid to the butter paste in batches, mixing well after each time and adding the next one

Add chocolate sauce to butter paste and stir

Sift in the flour and mix evenly with a rubber spatula

Add rum and raisins and continue to stir

Put into mold, sprinkle with almond slices; preheat oven to 170°, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for 40 minutes
