The spicy sausage given by a friend tastes quite delicious, but it is relatively fatter. The bamboo shoots are suitable for large amounts of oil and water, and it tastes really good when fried with bamboo shoots.

Slice the spicy sausage and take out the bamboo shoots after soaking in water.

Slice the bamboo shoots and green peppers.

Mince the soaked ginger.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add sugar to the hot oil.
