Baked Potato Shepherd's Pie
Overview
Shepherd's pie is a combination of vegetables, potatoes, and cheese. Whether it is a staple food or a side dish, it is rich in nutrients. The original recipe does not include cheese. In order to add nutrition to my children, I temporarily added an appropriate amount of cheese. The baked product is more delicious than the one without cheese. Very popular with my snack foodies.

Steps
-
Peel and wash the potatoes, slice them into pieces and steam them in water, then mash them with a spoon.
-
Heat some oil in a wok, stir-fry the chopped onions and green and red peppers for a while. (I forgot to take pictures after cutting the onions and green and red peppers, sorry)
-
Add the minced meat and stir-fry to release the water.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of pepper and soy sauce and stir-fry.
-
Finally add two tablespoons of tomato sauce, stir-fry until the minced meat and vegetables are almost dry and turn off the heat.
-
Prepare a baking sheet and spread the fried minced meat on the baking sheet.
-
Then spread the mashed potatoes to cover the minced meat and spread evenly.
-
Finally sprinkle in mozzarella cheese evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
-
After sprinkling the cheese, place it in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
