Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings and cut them in half with a knife
-
Add one or two spoons of cooking wine and a little salt and marinate for about half an hour
-
Add two or three spoons of starch and spread evenly to prepare for frying
-
Heat the oil in the pot until 70-80% hot. Place the chicken wings coated in starch one by one to prevent them from sticking together~
-
Fry for about 7 or 8 minutes until the starch dries and feels a little hard. Remove and control the oil and set aside
-
Wash and cut the ingredients first (I forgot to take a photo of the peppercorns😆😆)
-
Pour two spoons of cooking wine into the bowl, add a little salt and sugar (the amount of salt should refer to the amount added during pickling), then add one spoon of balsamic vinegar, two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of starch, mix well and set aside
-
Heat oil in the pot, add garlic, ginger slices and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Then add chili and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add chicken wings and stir-fry over low heat
-
Pour in the prepared sauce
-
Add green garlic and reduce the juice over low heat

The finished product didn’t look very good when I took the photo at night. In fact, the color and taste are great😅😅😅😂
