A different way to eat shrimp - Steamed Shrimp with Lemongrass and Green Lemon
Overview
This dish has a bit of a Southeast Asian flavor. I remember making similar chicken wings, but I think the shrimp tastes better. The steamed taste may not be as fragrant as the stir-fried shrimp, but this way it retains the freshness of the shrimp, which is spicy and delicious. You can't help but eat a few more, and it can also be used as a side dish.

Wash and devein the shrimp;

Mince garlic; mince chilli padi; dice lemongrass;

Mix the lime juice, minced garlic, chilli padi, lemongrass, fish sauce and sugar;
