Take the pot and add the pork rib soup. If there is less pork rib soup, you can add more water. When it boils, add rice noodles.

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes and add the tofu fish.

When the tofu fish is cooked, add the pork, add chicken powder, fish sauce, cooked garlic oil, and finally sprinkle with minced cooked garlic and celery and serve in a bowl. The pork will change color and be cooked in a few seconds; the tofu fish will be cooked through the meat more easily, so don't cook it for too long for fear of falling apart. After serving, sprinkle two sprigs of coriander (coriander) and pepper. Pair it with bean paste for dipping tofu fish and pork. You can add minced garlic and garlic oil to the bean paste.
