Valentine's Day Bread
Overview
Today is Valentine's Day, I wish everyone a happy day! I made the bread last night, and I had a few ideas in my mind. I made it at three o'clock in the morning without any rush, enjoying the process and happiness alone in the quiet night~ You know that mentality if you love food and baking!

Place all ingredients except butter into bread machine.

After one cycle, add butter and continue kneading.

Put a mask on your hands after kneading the dough (it’s not that there are not so many requirements for making toast)

Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place. Dip a little powder into your finger and poke a hole until it doesn't shrink or collapse.

Deflate the dough and divide into 40g pieces.

After making a ball, place it in a paper tray in a six-pack.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the oven for 2 fermentations.

Brush lightly with egg wash and place in preheated oven.

The middle shelf of the oven is 180 degrees for about 16 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)

Decorate as you like with melted chocolate.
