Sweet and Sour Pineapple Duck
Overview
Sweet and sour pineapple duck meat is quite delicious if you like sweet and sour food. When fried, it tastes sour and salty with lemon! I just didn’t buy any so I used pickled plums instead. But it was delicious. Everyone said it was delicious😋

Wash the duck meat. Slice the ginger into shreds, chop the pickled plums, peel the pineapple and cut into medium-thick slices. Pour 1 tablespoon of cornstarch into a bowl and add water, mix well and set aside,

Boil a pot of water. After the water boils, add ginger slices and star anise. For duck meat, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Remove the duck meat, put it into a large bowl, add 1 spoon of cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add wolfberry leaves and a dozen wolfberry berries to the duck soup, and add salt to taste.

Pour oil into the pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant, then add the duck meat, pickled plums and white sugar and stir-fry evenly. Pour in the cornstarch water, cover, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for three minutes,

After opening the lid, add pineapple and white vinegar, stir-fry evenly and simmer for 2 minutes until the duck meat is fragrant.

Turn the heat from medium to high to reduce the juice and put it on the plate.
