Overview
This is a healthy vegetarian dish, as requested by my LG. Cloud fungus is soft in texture, delicious in taste, rich in nutrients, and can be vegetarian or meatless. It can also detoxify and nourish the skin, prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia; and yam is particularly popular among families. , it can be used for making soups, juicing, making desserts, or stir-frying. Cut the yam into slightly thicker long slices, soak the dried cloud fungus and tear it into slices, and cut the onion, ginger and garlic with a knife.
