Soak day lilies in cold water for 40 minutes, warm water for 20 minutes, and hot water for 10 minutes. Arrange them according to your own time, wash to remove impurities and squeeze out the water for later use

Wash lotus root, ginger, garlic and chili pepper and set aside

Slice lotus root, ginger, garlic, and cut pepper into sections

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil

Add a small amount of oil and cook the day lily in the boiling water

Cook for about 3 or 4 minutes

Take out the cooked day lily and put it into the prepared cold water

In the same way, pour the lotus roots into boiling water and cook for about 4 minutes, take them out and put them into cold boiling water

Heat the pot, add oil, and sauté ginger, garlic, and chili until fragrant

Turn down the heat and pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce
-
Take out the lotus roots from the cold boiling water and pour them into the pot
-
Mix quickly

Then pour the cooked day lily into the pot

Add salt

Add sesame oil
-
Add white vinegar
-
Mix well and serve
