Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and fungus
Overview
I was very lucky to get the chance to taste the eight fungus from Trust. After receiving it, I couldn’t wait to soak up a bag. The fungus is of very good quality and has thick meat. One pack is ten grams, which makes a full bowl of fungus. I used it to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes and fungus. My children ate them in seconds. The recipe is quite homely. I would like to share it with everyone.

Soak the fungus, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces, beat the eggs, and chop the green onions
