Chive Mochi Buns
Overview
When talking about making bread, everyone will think of the complicated production process, and the dough mixing and fermentation take up a lot of time. But there is one type of bread that only takes thirty minutes to make and bake: mochi bread. This bread is made from mochi pre-mixed flour, and can be made by adding eggs, oil and other ingredients that are basically stored at home. I also added minced chives and salt. It tastes a little salty and sweet and has a strong chive flavor, but it is not sweet. I can eat 4 of them at once. It is so delicious. The amount below can make approximately 7 servings.
