Eggplant boat
Overview
I saw fat eggplants when I was in the supermarket last night and bought them thinking they could be used as eggplant boxes. Result, result, I don’t know what Carp was thinking, he put the eggplant in the freezer! It froze like this all night! My heart broke when I found the eggplant today! But half of it was not frozen soft and damaged! You can’t make an eggplant box, so you just have to think about it randomly, so you have this dish that I don’t even know how to name!
