Take an 8-inch pizza pan, brush it with a little oil, put it in a steamer, and boil water over high heat

Spoon in the water chestnut paste with a spoon, the height is about 0.3CM, cover the pot and steam over high heat

Wait until the horse hoof pulp becomes transparent

Then spoon in 0.5CM of water chestnut pulp, sprinkle cranberries evenly on top, cover the pot and steam over high heat
