Oatmeal and beef floss porridge
Overview
Oatmeal paired with cornflakes is rich in nutrients. Paired with beef floss, it is nutritious and delicious. To maintain health in autumn, you should drink porridge to replenish qi and blood.

Add a piece of fresh beef tenderloin to the pot with water.

Perfectly cooked and ready to poke. Take it out and cool it.

After cooling, put it into a plastic bag and break it up with a rolling pin.

Put it into the bread machine and press the meat floss button

Make fluffy beef floss and set aside

Dice the carrots and set aside.

Soak corn flakes in water in advance.

Put boiling water in the pot, add corn flakes and cook for two minutes. Add cooked oatmeal.

Stir evenly and bring to a boil over high heat.

Stir while cooking, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Since this is cooked along with corn flakes and oatmeal, it doesn’t have to be cooked for too long.

Add carrot salt and pepper and mix well.

Finally add pork floss and chopped green onion.
