Steamed Noodle Dishes
Overview
It was my first time to try noodle dishes. I used the steaming method. The taste was very good and fresh, without any bitter taste at all. It tastes better when eaten cold, a little soft and chewy, and then dipped in the prepared bowl of juice. It is simple and delicious, and it is also very good for weight loss~O(∩_∩)O~.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the roots from the noodle dishes and clean them.
-
Remove the water and add two tablespoons of corn oil.
-
Add a small spoonful of salt and mix evenly with chopsticks.
-
Add five tablespoons of flour.
-
Mix well so that the surface of the vegetable leaves is evenly coated with flour.
-
Turn on the heat, wait until the water in the pot boils, then place the vegetables in the steamer to steam.
-
Steam for about 3 minutes, then turn off the heat, open the lid and take it out. The color is still very green when you open the lid.
-
Make a simple dipping sauce: simmer the sesame paste with a small amount of cold water, add minced garlic, vinegar, and light soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
-
Wait for the noodles to cool down before eating them with the sauce. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili oil and chili sauce. The color and taste of the bowl of juice will definitely be better and more delicious.
