Stir-fried Haggis with Chaotian Pepper
Overview
The green Chaotian pepper chosen for stir-fried haggis is not very spicy and is very suitable for adjusting the taste. Main and auxiliary ingredients: 300g haggis, 100g Chaotian pepper

Wash the cooked haggis and set aside. Cut the pepper into long strips.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté scallions. Add Chaotian pepper and stir-fry until raw.
