Soak the okra in salt water first and then clean it.

Cut off the okra heads.

Boil the water in the pot and pour in the okra (add some salt and cooking oil to the water)

Use chopsticks to turn and heat evenly.

If you like the crispy texture, cook it less and it will drain out.
