Simple and delicious cabbage and stir-fried pork

Overview

We usually stir-fry cabbage, but our fat family always doesn’t like to eat cabbage stems, so I stir-fry them separately. Stir-fry the leaves and stir-fry the meat.

  1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and six or seven dried chili peppers, set aside

  2. Cut the pork belly into thin strips and marinate in soy sauce for more than one minute

  3. Heat oil, add pork belly, stir-fry until oil comes out, add dried chili pepper

  4. Add the cabbage dumplings and stir-fry until the cabbage comes out of water. Turn the lid again every ten seconds

  5. Stir-fry the cabbage until the water becomes soft and test whether it is the doneness you want. I like to fry it very soft and translucent, then add salt and stir-fry evenly before serving. PS If you like coriander, you can add a little coriander before adding salt

  6. Plate and eat
