Preparation: Wash the edamame, cut the leeks, and cut the dried tofu into strips. Prepare the oil, steamed rice paste, and spicy black bean sauce. Today, I plan not to stir-fry the green onion and ginger. Mix the two sauces in equal parts, stir-fry in oil until fragrant, and then stir-fry. This dish is soy sauce-flavored.

Mix the above two sauces in equal amounts. The sauce is already salty, so you won’t add salt later.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the mixed sauce until fragrant.
