Wash the scallop meat, blanch the vermicelli with hot water, and chop the garlic

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic, pepper rings and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in seafood soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, stir a few times and turn off the heat
