Wash the cauliflower, break it into pieces and remove the stems, blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds

Wash and cut tomatoes into pieces

Onion and garlic, "chop three cloves into minced garlic", salt, sugar, sesame oil and vinegar, mix well, add starch
