Chop the beef tenderloin into minced meat, add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and mix well.

Grate the cucumber into shreds, add salt and rub until soft to release the water, squeeze out the water and chop slightly into fine pieces.

Mix shredded cucumber, minced garlic, minced green onion, and minced meat to form a filling.
