Spicy ginger slices
Overview
Ginger is a condiment ingredient often used in cooking. China has a traditional saying of eating radish in winter and ginger in summer. Ginger not only appears in people's lives as a condiment, but also can appetize and strengthen the spleen, promote appetite, sterilize and detoxify, and promote sleep. Ginger can also prevent heatstroke, cool down, and refresh people when consumed in summer. The ginger laitou dish selects young ginger from Laiwu, the hometown of Chinese ginger, as the main raw material. It has passed nine standards and gone through 13 processes including storing, drying, picking, scraping, cutting, clearing, turning, stirring, measuring, adjusting, soaking, filtering and fishing. It is also scientifically added with 16 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine to make a refined health-preserving meal.
