Peel the yam.

Cut into small pieces.

Fresh lilies.

Peel the fresh lily petals and wash them clean.

Soak and wash wolfberry.

Bring water to a boil in a small soup pot, add yam and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add lily and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
