Mix three shreds
Overview
I'm tired of eating big fish and meat during the holidays, and I always want to eat some refreshing cold dishes. In extraordinary times, fresh vegetables are precious. Fortunately, there are enough New Year dishes prepared to last a few days. This morning, I had three shredded noodles served cold, slightly spicy, appetizing and refreshing.

Purple cabbage, baby cabbage.

Shred the baby cabbage.

Cut purple cabbage into thin strips.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips.

Put the three ingredients into a bowl and add shredded millet and pepper.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, white vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil and chili oil.

Mix well and serve.
