Overview
My mother-in-law has a dish called fried lotus root balls, which are balls made of lotus roots and meat. It's very fragrant and has the sweetness of lotus root. This time I changed it a bit and steamed it to make it delicious. Hee hee. Very suitable for the elderly and children.

Chop the ginger and green onions.
