Overview

The sweet Xinjiang red dates aroused my appetite for making cold cakes. I started immediately without waiting. The finished product looked a bit like pork belly! Sprinkle sugared osmanthus on it and smell the fragrant osmanthus. Take a bite of jujube paste and it is smooth, rice fragrant and sweet. In the hot summer, enjoy a piece of delicious cold cake. It tastes soft and glutinous, refreshing and pleasant, fragrant but not overpowering, sweet but not greasy, and has endless aftertaste!

  1. Prepare all materials

  2. Boil the jujube paste in advance and set aside

  3. Wash the glutinous rice, add appropriate amount of water, and soak for more than 2 hours. Steam the soaked glutinous rice for about 20 minutes
