Prepare wolfberry leaves, pork liver, lean meat, wolfberry seeds, and ginger.

Marinate the sliced lean meat with appropriate amount of salt, sugar, cornstarch, and chicken essence for 20 minutes. Slice the pork liver and set aside.

Bring the soup to a boil, add water, wolfberry seeds and ginger slices.

When it boils, pour in appropriate amount of oil.

Add the wolfberry leaves into the pot and stir.

After boiling again, add the pork liver and stir well.

Add the lean meat slices and mix well.

Simmer for a few more minutes until the pork liver and lean meat are cooked.
