Family bibimbap
Overview
Sometimes I watch Korean dramas and eat bibimbap in the middle of the night. It makes me feel greedy. My stomach growls with hunger and I vow to make it myself.

Wash the winter squash and cut into small slices

Wash the bean sprouts and fry them in a pot. It will be more delicious this way

Cut the lettuce and cucumber into small pieces and put them aside

Soak the bracken in warm water in advance, then put it in a pot and cook it.

This is the most important Korean hot sauce. I bought it online. This restaurant has a more authentic taste and is freshly made.

Platycodon can be added or not, depending on personal preference.

Place all the ingredients, two spoons of rice, a half-boiled egg, and two spoons of hot sauce. (I won’t arrange it beautifully here, because I need to mix it well later).
