Sometimes I watch Korean dramas and eat bibimbap in the middle of the night. It makes me feel greedy. My stomach growls with hunger and I vow to make it myself.

  1. Wash the winter squash and cut into small slices

  2. Wash the bean sprouts and fry them in a pot. It will be more delicious this way

  3. Cut the lettuce and cucumber into small pieces and put them aside

  4. Soak the bracken in warm water in advance, then put it in a pot and cook it.

  5. This is the most important Korean hot sauce. I bought it online. This restaurant has a more authentic taste and is freshly made.

  6. Platycodon can be added or not, depending on personal preference.

  7. Place all the ingredients, two spoons of rice, a half-boiled egg, and two spoons of hot sauce. (I won’t arrange it beautifully here, because I need to mix it well later).
