Inner Mongolia grilled lamb chops
Overview
My uncle sent someone to drive for 18 hours to haul the mutton back from Inner Mongolia. It had just been slaughtered, so while it was still fresh, my father ordered me to make grilled lamb chops. I'm good at baking things~~haha

Rinse the raw lamb chops and pat dry. Cut green onions into sections.

Each oven has different settings. My situation is: 2 layers, microwave baking, 210 degrees, 40 minutes. Halfway through baking, turn over and continue.

Use a knife to make a few slits on the freshly grilled lamb chops, and then sprinkle with salt and other seasoning powder.
