Cut sweet potatoes into cubes and steam them

Mash the cooked sweet potatoes with a fork and let cool until set aside

Let the butter soften at room temperature, then cut it into small pieces and add it to the low-gluten flour

Wearing gloves, use your hands (or a fork) to mix the butter and flour into a sandy consistency, being careful not to melt the butter

Add salt, sugar and sweet potato puree and mix well to form a dough

Put the dough into a plastic bag (so it won't stick when rolled out), and roll it into a rectangular sheet about 3mm thick

Brush the surface of the rolled out rectangular dough with a layer of egg yolk liquid (1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon water), sprinkle black and white sesame seeds evenly, and cut into strips of equal width
