Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: Longli fish tomatoes
-
For Longli fish fillets, add cooking wine, shredded ginger, pepper, salt, egg white, and corn starch
-
Catch them and marinate them for a while
-
Boil hot water, then immediately turn down the heat and scald the fish until it changes color and turns white
-
You don’t have to wait for the water to come up again. You can fish out everything that turns white and discolored, because it will be processed later
-
Add shredded ginger tomato sauce or tomato sauce in the pot. Tomato sauce is relatively sour, so stir-fry until fragrant and add sugar to adjust the taste
-
Add diced tomatoes and continue stir-frying
-
Add a bowl of water and bring to a boil
-
Pour in the fish fillets, add salt, pepper, and a few drops of Maggi Fresh (taste and adjust the seasoning according to your own taste). Bring the soup to a boil, turn off the heat, pour in sesame oil and take it out of the pot. Sprinkle with minced chives and serve (if the soup is not thick, you can thicken it a little)
