Sauce-flavored tofu
Overview
I really don’t know what kind of food to eat. My husband said he wanted to eat tofu, so he bought a piece of tofu and came home. He found that there was no Laoganma or Pixian Douban at home, so he just made a simple sauce-flavored tofu.

Equipment materials, cut tofu into cubes.

After the pot is hot, add oil, add chili and chopped green onions and stir-fry.

Add bean paste and stir-fry a few times.

Add tofu, thirteen spices, and soy sauce.

Use a spatula to gently stir-fry evenly.

Add water and bring to a simmer.

Just collect the juice, add oil, add some sesame oil, and it's ready to serve.

Serve on a platter.
