Six okra stalks and one piece of chicken breast.

Cut old ginger and chicken breast into pieces;

Add ginger to the meat and chop into puree;

Use chopsticks to stir in one direction (add water in two times), add corn starch, MSG, white pepper and water and mix evenly into a paste.

Clean the surface of the okra, cut off the head, and cut it in half.

Place the okra tail side out on a plate and add minced chicken on top of the broken noodles;

Add a little more chili sauce.

Turn on the steam in the steamer, put in a plate and cover;

Steam for ten minutes over medium heat, then simmer for five minutes with the power off.

Put a little chicken oil in another pot, pour distilled water into the thickening sauce and pour it over the chicken okra.
