Overview

Cabbage flowers, green cauliflower, yellow cauliflower, and sea cauliflower have four different colors and different nutritional values. In general, sea cauliflower and green cauliflower have higher contents of main antioxidant substances and pigments, and their nutritional value is relatively higher than that of white cauliflower and yellow cauliflower. Stir-fried three-flowered white, green and purple cauliflower. I have never seen yellow cauliflower before. It is really colorful, nutritious and delicious.

  1. grams each of sea cauliflower, broccoli, and cauliflower, 1 red pepper, and half a head of garlic

  2. Cut all kinds of cauliflower into small florets and soak them in rice water for a while.

  3. Wash the cauliflower, boil water, add some salt and some oil, blanch the cauliflower for about 1 minute, take it out and let it cool immediately.

  4. Wash and cut red pepper and garlic.

  6. Heat a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic slices, add red pepper and stir-fry until raw. Finally, add salt and five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly.
